Job Description: AZ Truck Driver Ottawa, ON We’re actively sourcing for AZ Drivers for deliveries within Ottawa & Montreal for a large food distributing Logistics company based in Ottawa ON. In this role you will be responsible for keeping detailed records of your deliveries and will communicate with dispatch daily. With almost a century in operation this client has formed many strong business relationships within the food service industry. Job details: Pay: $25.00/hr. Shifts: 4:30 am or 5:00 am Starts Location: Ottawa & Montreal Responsibilities: • Pre/post-trip inspections • Accurate E-Log reporting • Safe operation of Truck and Trailer while following all MOT/DOT rules and regulations • Reporting all maintenance requirements to dispatch or supervisor. • Follow all guidelines that are established in the facilities manual. • Follow all safety rules as outline by company policies and manuals. • Transporting, and delivering items to businesses in a safe, timely manner • Reviewing instructions and pickup orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, and the customer is satisfied.
